Three Disc Challenge at Eleanor Park

The Putnam County Founding Flyers and Valley Sports Disc Golf are excited to host the Three Disc Challenge at Eleanor Park! Players are to bring along their three most trusted discs for this event and leave the rest at home. This unsanctioned fundraiser will help us purchase concrete the park needs to build tee pads and further develop the course.

FORMAT: Players may bring any three (3) discs to play this event. Should a disc be lost or broken players may not replace the disc during play. The first round will be singles scoring followed by lunch and awards. For those that wish to play more golf, we'll run a seeded doubles round that will be completely optional. The format will be best shot.
Again, during doubles play individuals may only carry three (3) discs. During the second round players may opt to share discs with their doubles partner. The doubles team with the best score will win prizes provided by the Founding Flyers.

DIVISIONS: Entry fees will include two rounds of golf, lunch, and a $15 voucher for merchandise at Valley Sports Disc Golf. This event will host both Recreational and Advanced players. Entry for the Recreational division is set at $25 and winners will earn payouts for merchandise courtesy of Valley Sports Disc Golf. Entry for Advanced players is set at $30 and players will compete for cash. The top third of each field will earn payouts that will be subject to the number of players in each division.

RAFFLE: The Founding Flyers will host a raffle the day of the event. Tickets will be sold the day of the tournament and individuals may choose what item(s) they wish to try and win. Drawings will take place after lunch. The raffle will be optional. All proceeds will go to course improvements.

CTP PRIZES: The Founding Flyers will supply CTP prizes for this event as well. The drive closest to the pin on select holes will earn a prize but your shot must hold through both rounds to win. These opportunities will be on shorter holes so anyone will have a chance to win.

ACE FUND: There will be an optional $2 ace fund for this event. It will be up for grabs both rounds. If no one hits a hole-in-one, players will throw off for half of the ace fund and the other half will be donated to course improvements.

ALSO: Cash entries will be accepted the day of the event but preregistration is preferred.
