Tournament refund / cancellation policy Emperor Penguin Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Full refunds issued to player requesting a refund 30 days or more from the start of the event Full refunds issued to players requesting a refund within 8-29 days from the start of the event minus a $10 handling fee. A 50% refund will be issued to players requesting a refund within 7 days from the start of the event.
