About this tournament
A PDGA B-Tier True Amateur Disc Golf Event
Format:
This is a three day tournament, one round per day, all rounds will have scheduled Tee Times. More information to come!
Early Registration: (February 14, 2022)
Head to the event website (after 1-23-2022), and purchase an Individual Sponsorship for an option to register early!
Custom Event Stamped Discs will only be available to the first 100 people registered.

A Pool: River, LTP, Arvesta

Notes:
Divers will be retrieving discs nightly (Lake Arvesta). Player's packs can be picked up Thursday evening at Lake Arvesta, or any day of the competition at Lake Arvesta.
On Sunday, at 08:46 am, all play will halt for three minutes in observance of Patriot Day.
Refund policy
Charles C Raiff is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
1.) Players who officially request to withdraw from an event prior to and including 8-10-2022, will receive a 100% refund (minus a $10 handling fee).
2.) Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between 8-11-2022 and 8-25-2022 will receive a 100% refund (minus a $10 handling fee) ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, players may choose either a 50% cash refund (minus $10 handling fee) - or - players may choose to receive their player's packs (shipped) and will not receive a cash refund.
3.) Players who officially request to withdraw from the event after 8-25-2022 will receive a 100% refund (minus a $10 handling fee) ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, players may choose either a 25% cash refund (minus $10 handling fee) - or - players may choose to receive their player's packs (shipped) and will not receive a cash refund.
4.) Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. This does NOT apply to a waitlist player; 1.03.B.
5.) If a TD vacates an offered division due to a lack of registered players for the division (see 2.01.K), any player for that division that does not wish to move to a different division that they are eligible for, will be provided a full refund.
6.) Players who won a registration through a third-party event (Michigan Disc Golf Club giveaway, Incognito Match Play event, etc.) and did not pay a cash payment for registration, will not be provided with cash refunds - but may still obtain a players pack.
