I had such a wonderful time and full of the Holiday Spirit!! May you and yours have a Very Merry Christmas and than you all for allowing me the opportunity to host these events for you all and thank you for being a part of them!

Unless we get some crazy Heat Wave. The Gate will be closed. We will be parking and meeting at the Lower Parking Lot.

This is the FIRST Entrance on your Right as you go up the Hill. You will see a large Shenango Lake sign on the Right, Take That Entrance! If you reach a gated road (Normal Entrance to the Pines) you need to turn around.

I will be there at 9am. I am working on Coffee and Hot Chocolate, hopefully I can snag some prior.

We will be playing a FULL 18 of Reds and then back at the Cars we will host our Disc Exchange. Remember to bring a Wrapped New Disc to exchange as entry.

We will meet at the First Parking Lot and we will have to walk up to the Pines. We cannot park on the road leading into the Pines. Respecting the local residents as well as snow covered driveways and slippery conditions.

If anything changes I will post it here.. but for now this is the plan for Reg/Meet up. I do apologize for the inconvenience again.

(If the gate is closed the ROADS are Not OB. OB on #6(fence), #8(fence), #15(tall grass to left), #16(rope/dz) are still in play.)

12 Days!!! It looks like the forecast may warm up a bit mid week to possibly melt the snow. The forecast also shows snow next week. Yesterday the gate was closed to the course and if the snowfall continues it will continue to be closed. In such a case yesterday we parked in the lower parking lot (First Entrance on the Right before the top of the hill.) and walked up to Hole #5 from there. Needless to say it isn't a short walk but it isn't horrible either. This maybe the way we have to play on Christmas. With no winter maintenance on the books this year, the gate will continue to be closed during the season.

I call it "keeping with tradition". We were lucky last year with a 60degree Christmas Eve. LOL
