About this tournament
The Kendall Cup is a PDGA C-Tier singles event. Two rounds of 20 holes (two temp holes) at The Woodland Trail in Kendallville, IN. This is a PRO and AM Event!
COURSE INFO
The Woodland Trail has the white concrete pads installed and all divisions will play from them. We have installed permanent baskets on the course and will have two temp holes for some added fun. UPDATE: MA 4, FA 1, and MA60+ will tee off Temp hole #2 from drop zone.
FOOD
The Kendallville Parks Dept. will be selling pork burgers, hot dogs, nachos, and more during lunch. You have the option to run out somewhere as well. Many fast food places are in the area.
RATINGS/REGISTRATION
You may play "up" but you may not play "down" a division. Player rating classifications will be strictly enforced. You will be moved to the appropriate division should your August rating affect your division registration at the time. Please contact the TD with any questions.

You will be using PDGA live scoring for this event. Every person playing is required to keep score.

PAYOUTS
Top 45% of the field will be paid out in each division per PDGA guidelines.
Michiana Pro Shop will be on site for disc purchases and all AM payouts will be handled through them.
Once we see how many are in each division, we will pay out accordingly.
PLAYER PACKS:
$10 gift card to Michiana Pro Shop
Raffle Entry- we will be raffling 2 mystery boxes and 1 Rovic Cart
(Each player gets one entry. We wont be selling extra entries)
Players may register for a division that is full and will be put on the waitlist to fill available spots as they open. Check back periodically for updates in the event comments section.

Players should expect to be on their assigned tee for the start of the second round 60 minutes after the completion of the first round. Your hole assignment will be posted the morning of.
No walk-ups. Pre-registration only.

Refund policy
Michiana Pro Shop is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
We will follow the PDGA guidelines:
- Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund
- Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund if their spot is filled via waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, player will receive 50% of the entry refund
- Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled via the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, player will receive 25% of the entry refund
- Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. This does NOT apply to a waitlist player; 1.03.B.
