About this tournament
Welcome to the White Tail Run II - Run It Back.
This is a PDGA C-Tier Event, playing 2 rounds of 18 holes. The first round will tee at 9:30am.
Food will be available onsite and there will also be drink specials in the winery (they have options besides wine).
Round 1 hole assignments will be posted the day before the event by 6pm. However, please check hole assignments 30 minutes prior to tee off to confirm there has been no changes.
There will be no in person players meeting. An email will be sent to the address used when registering prior to the event. Please read this email as it will contain all the information needed for the tournament. A copy of the email will be posted under "Documents".

PAYOUTS:
All Amateur payouts will be fulfilled with merchandise from FlightPlan Disc Golf and will be available onsite the day of the event or through www.flightplandiscgolf.com. All FlightPlan credits/payouts are valid for 1 calendar year from the date of issuance.
All Amateurs will receive a voucher for merchandise as player's package. Choose from 100's of items onsite, including discs, bags, clothing, accessories and more!
All Pro Payouts will be done by check or via PayPal Goods and Services (winner pays any associated fees).
Fees: $10 Green Fee, $3 PDGA, $3 Admin

FlightPlan Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Any cancellations prior to May 12 will receive their entry fee back, minus a $10.00 Handling Fee and the DG Scene fee.
Players who request to withdraw from the event on or after May 12 will forfeit 100% of their entry fee. No Call, No Shows on the day of the event, for any reason, forfeit their entry fee and players package, if applicable.
All refund requests must be through DG Scene or through the email confirmation you receive upon registration.
