The WIN$DAY Open 4 will be a two round, 40 hole PDGA sanctioned C-tier singles tournament at Reinhardt University, on a Wednesday. This tournament is designed for the weekend workers, but we won’t tell anyone if you take a day off work to be there.

Current TEE Assignments:

Pool Pro/A:MPO, FPO, MP40, MA1, MA40, MA2, MA50: Standard Layout

Pool B:MA3, MA60: Shortened Layout
(Hole 3, 9, 12, 18, & B) Orange flags

Pool C:FA1, FA2, FA3, FA40: Female Only Layout ( Hole 2, 3, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 18, & B) Pink flags

Layouts may still be adjusted.

This tournament will be “Trophy Only” for AM players. Each AM player will receive a player’s pack valued over the registration fee. Players pack projected to include buffet lunch, a custom disc, tournament dri-fit shirt, giveaway ticket, and more. There will also be a free CARD CTP in round two. 1 player on each card will win!

PRO Field may be paid via PayPal.. If PayPal email varies from registration email, please inform TD prior to the end of the tournament.
40% of the field will be payed.

Cash CTP’s available. $10 for 10 Cash CTP’s. Holes: 4, 13, 14, 16, 17 All divisions combined. Separate chance each round

Ace Fund available and is $5 Ace Fund will be split If multiple aces are carded. If no aces are carded in regulation play, ace pot will be donated to charity.

Tiebreakers for first place will be sudden death starting on hole 1 as needed. Playoff hole order will be 1, 2, 3, then 2&3 repeating until a winner is decided.

Trophies will be awarded for 1st place in all divisions. 2nd place trophy will be awarded If 6 or more players are in a division. 3rd place trophy will be awarded if 11 or more players are in a division. Open divisions will only have one trophy regardless of size. Trophy distribution will be based on the amount of players in each division at the time trophies are ordered.

Waitlist will be a non refundable $5
Waitlist will be used in order by pool, except when a certain division is needed for tee assignments. Division caps will be adjusted as needed.

The cost is $500 and includes early registration, Name in tournament name (____ WIN$DAY Open 4), logo or name on all event marketing, and a banner at tournament central. There is a limited number of these spots per PDGA rules, and will be available on a first come first served basis.

The cost is $250 and includes name in tournament name (WIN$DAY Open 4 presented by _____), early registration, logo or name on all event marketing, a sign at tournament central. Early registration (02/01) will be available for Event Sponsors. The cost is $50 and includes early registration, logo or name on all event marketing, a sign at tournament central, and 3 extra giveaway tickets. There is a limited number of these spots per PDGA rules, and will be available on a first come first served basis.

Early registration (02/01) will be available for Hole Sponsors. The cost is $20 and will also include name or graphic on a tee sign along with early registration and an extra giveaway ticket. There is a limited number of these spots per PDGA rules, and will be available on a first come first served basis.

General registration (02/08 7:00pm est) will be for all players.

All cancellations after 2/25 are subject to a minimum of a $5 fee. Players getting in off wait list will be limited to remaining player pack choices available, particularly on items with sizes.
Over 7 days from the tournament: Players will have 48 hours to accept spot by completing registration if they are promoted.
Under 7 days from the tournament: Players will have 24 hours to accept spot by completing registration if they are promoted.
Under 24 hours from the tournament: Players must immediately accept spot by completing registration if they are promoted.
