The EV-7 WIN$DAY OPEN 2 Driven by CDJR Woodstock

The WIN$DAY Open will be a two round, 36 hole PDGA sanctioned C-tier singles tournament at Little Mulberry Park, on a Wednesday. This one’s for the weekend workers and PTO hoarders.

Early registration (08/25) will be available for Event Sponsors. The cost is $100 and includes logo or name on all event marketing. There is a limited number of these spots per PDGA rules, and will be available on a first come first served basis.

Early registration (09/01) will be available for Hole Sponsors. The cost is $25 and will also include name or graphic on a tee sign. There is a limited number of these spots per PDGA rules, and will be available on a first come first served basis.

General registration (09/08) will be for all players.

Current TEE Assignments:
MPO, MP40, MA1, MA40, MA2: Long Tees
FPO, FA1, FA40, FA2, FA3, MA55, MA3: Short Tees
Tee assignments may still be adjusted.

This tournament will be “Trophy Only” for AM players. Each AM player will receive a player’s pack valued over the registration fee. There will also be many free prizes including a Chainstar light basket.
Players pack is projected to include: Tournament stamped EV-7 Penrose, standard EV-7 Phi, Grip6 Socks, Custom Stamped Birdie Bag, Tournament Sticker and more.

PRO Field may be paid via Cash. If not player may choose between Check or PayPal. If PayPal email varies from registration email, please inform TD prior to the end of the tournament.
40% of field be payed.

Cash CTP’s available. $10 for 5 Cash CTP’s. Holes: 3, 11, 13, 14 & 17. Separate chance each round

Ace Fund available only in cash day of and is $5 Ace Fund will be split If multiple aces are carded. If no aces are carded in regulation play, Ace Pot will be paid out from a CTP Throw off On hole 1 from the short tee, for all interested Ace Fund players immediately after round 2.

Tiebreakers for first place will be sudden death starting on hole 10 as needed.

Trophies will be awarded for 1st place in all divisions. 2nd place trophy will be awarded If 6 or more players are in a division. 3rd place trophy will be awarded if 11 or more players are in a division. Open divisions will only have one trophy regardless of size. Trophy distribution will be based on the amount of players in each division at the time trophies are ordered.

Waitlist will be a non refundable $5
Waitlist will be used in order by pool, except when a certain division is needed for tee assignments. Division caps will be adjusted as needed.

All cancellations after 9/20 are subject to a minimum of a $5 fee. Players getting in off wait list will be limited to remaining player pack choices available, particularly on items with sizes.
Over 7 days from the tournament: Players will have 48 hours to accept spot by completing registration if they are promoted.
Under 7 days from the tournament: Players will have 24 hours to accept spot by completing registration if they are promoted.
Under 24 hours from the tournament: Players must immediately accept spot by completing registration if they are promoted.
