› Players must provide their PDGA number if they have one, even if membership has expired. CM 2.01.F

› A PDGA number is required to accept any cash prize. CM 1.10.A

We will send a registration confirmation to the address entered.

If no aces are hit, there will be a CTTP throw off after round 3 if time allows. If we are unable to hold a CTTP playoff, the Ace kitty will be carried over to the next Paradise Plates event.
If more than one ace is hit in the singles, the kitty will be shared.

All amateurs and juniors will receive a players pack as part of their entry if they register by 6pm on 1st February 2025. This allows you to add an extra pack or for professional players to purchase a players pack.

Disc Golf Wanaka Incorporated is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Players who officially request to withdraw from this event at least 30 days before the start of the event (before or on 13th Feb 2025) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus PayPal, discgolfscene fees and a $10 admin / refund handling fee).

Players who officially request to withdraw from this event 15 to 29 days before the start of this event (14th to 27th Feb 2025) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus PayPal, discgolfscene fees and a $10 admin / refund handling fee) only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the player will receive a 50% monetary refund.

Players who officially request to withdraw from this event within 14 days of the start of the event (on or after 28th Feb 2025) will receive a 100% monetary refund (minus PayPal, discgolfscene fees and a $10 admin / refund handling fee) only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the player will receive a 25% monetary refund.

Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, or who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund.
