Despite reservations and follow up communications, it seems Riverside Park was double booked. There is an outdoor experience youth program that will be using Riverside Park Saturday and Sunday mornings.
We have exhausted every avenue and made every effort to find a work-around, however the only solution left will be to consolidate the event to 1 round a day on tee times.

CHANGE DETAILS-
ALL PLAYERS WILL PLAY 18 holes at PATRIOT PARK ON SATURDAY on Tee Times
ALL PLAYERS WILL PLAY 18 holes at RIVERSIDE ON SUNDAY on Tee Times.

We apologize for any and all inconveniences. I do assure you we did our diligence, and our reservations were solid. Regardless, we will offer a full refund to any player who requests one. Additionally, we will give all refunded players an event disc at no cost.
Tee times will be posted on the PDGA event page soon.
Please show up and check in at least 15 min before your tee time.
All other event info will be the same.

Saturday: shotgun start- NO FORMAL PLAYERS MEETING-
Players should simply show up to their starting holes at their course for a 9am start Sat morn.
Round 1 start at 9am / 2nd round start approx 1hr and 15min after all cards from round 1 are in. Will be posted on link below

Riverside will play long pin positions throughout
JR Divisions will play three rounds at Riverside with some modified tee positions.

144 player HARD CAP
Pools may be adjusted as divisions populate.
Caps will be lifted 1 week after reg opens and adjusted at TD's discretion.
Waitlist will be by division.
Please get on the waitlist if your div is full. Ill be referring to those times and dates when opening up more spots.

$3 PDGA fee
$2 Parks/admin fee
Players pack costs (no more than wholesale) may be offset from entry fees.
It is our goal through sponsorship to provide these at zero deduction.

General Course Rules:
All PDGA Rules will be followed to promote fair play for all disc golfers. If any point in dispute is not covered by the rules, the decision is made in accordance with fairness.
The TWO-meter rule IS NOT IN EFFECT!

Use provisional throws, when necessary, to save time!

Lost DISC: (3) minutes to locate (everyone must HELP! PDGA 805.03), if determined lost proceed to previous lie w/ one stroke penalty.

OUT of BOUNDS
PYLONS & BEYOND IS O.B. PYLONS with Lines, Lines O.B. Painted lines & Beyond O.B. Road & BEYOND IS O.B. Water is O.B., Any Fence and beyond is OB.

MANDATORY: defined as a straight line extending indefinitely from the center of the mandatory object (TREE)

RIVERSIDE Hole Specific Rules:
● Hole 2 – Mandatory Left; Marked Tee; Use marked Drop zone (DZ) if missed.
● Hole 7 – ISLAND – OB MARKED BY LINE, OB is Marked. Throw from Drop Zone if Tee Shot lands OB. Subsequent shots thrown OB should be marked where disc was last in bounds.
● Hole 11 – Pylons & Beyond are OB. Fences and Beyond are OB
● Hole 12 – OB running along rivers edge LEFT fairway, OB LINES PAINTED & FLAGS.
● Hole 14 – Pylons & Beyond are OB. Fences and Beyond are OB.
All other holes follow general rules and PDGA rules.


Patriots Hole Specific Rules:
• Hole 1 – Road & Beyond OB, ISLAND GREEN, if missed mark lie where last inbounds.
• Hole 2 – OB left ROAD, OB Right barbed wire fence. (Take 2 meters off Barbed Wire Fence)
• Hole 3 & 4 – Take 2 meters from water edge if OB.
• Hole 5 – Pylons and Beyond OB, ROAD OB, Water OB
• Hole 6 – Pylons and Beyond OB, Fence and Beyond OB, Water OB
• Hole 13 & 14 – Pylons are NOT O.B.
• Hole 15 – Pylons and Beyond OB
• Hole 18 – Pylons and Beyond OB. Fence and Beyond OB
All other holes follow general rules and PDGA rules.



By registering for this event- I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND COMPREHEND THE "ABOUT" SECTION, THE REFUND POLICY AND ALL OTHER ASSOCIATED INFO.

Any player who asks a question clearly covered in "THE ABOUT SECTION" leaves themselves likely to chain out an ace, have a terrible rollaway and it's likely this player will receive the wrong order at Whataburger on the way home from the event.

GDG refund policy- $5 processing fee
GDG will refund any player in full (minus registration fees) if requested by email more than 72hrs before the start of event check-in.
GDG will refund any player in full (minus reg fees) up to 24hrs before check-in ONLY IF we can fill the spot.
ALL drops within 24 hours of the event- players will receive entry fee value in merchandise at vendors convenience.
No shows forfeit entry fees.
