Any idea on how many days prior to the event the course will be available to practice?

We will probably have the course set up that Friday afternoon, people just won't be able to play it until after the school day is over like 4pm

Our plan is to absolutely have it open for practice the day before. Just depends on the school schedule and there are any clubs or teams having practices or not.
