About this tournament

This tournament will be a memorial tournament for Mike Campbell. He was helping with this tournament up untill the day he passed. Unfortunately i wont have him at my side to finish it. Mike cared deeply about this course and this was originally meant to be a fundraiser for the course. When I reached out to his family they insisted that I continue to put money raised towards the course so that is what we will do. Through this tournament I plan to raise money for a master sign/memorial sign for Mike. The course name will also be changed to honor Mike.
This is a Skills challenge. We will have multiple events to compete in. General and amateur registration will be split 50/50 between the park and organizers allowing, signs and other promotional items. Pros will have extra money added to their events. Each event will be an additional $10 every single dollar entered into an event will go to the top 3 places for that event.
Spectator passes will be available for $5. That $5 will go into the pot for the event of spectators choice.
Mike had started making raffle items for the spectators and I will continue on with that each spectator will get a free raffle ticket upon entry.
Events are listed as followed.
1) Distance challenge. The distance challenge will be split into 3 separate events.

Each throw will be measured by 2 judges with 2 separate range finders. 5 drives per contestant. Must stay within bounds (200ft)
2) Longest putt. Pretty self-explanatory 5 attempts per contestant. 5ft increments will be set up.
3) Drive accuracy. 5 throws per contestant. This will be an event with a 50 foot diameter bullseye from a 300 ft drive. Bullseye will measure 50 ft circle=1 point, 40 ft circle=2 points, 30 ft circle=3 points, 20 ft circle = 4 points, 10 ft. Circle = 5 points, 5 ft circle = 7 points, in the basket will be 10 points.
4) Putting Accuracy. This will be a challenge utilizing the Champ Cap by Putt Confidently. There will be 5 throws per contestant at 5 different areas.
