o it looks like the weather will be beautiful this weekend for the Suwannee Open presented by Springfest. We are excited and ready to go.
When you get to the park just tell them at the gate that you are here for the Disc Golf Tournament and they will direct you to the proper location. Also, early Check-in and Dubs will be at Magnolia course on Friday. I will be at tournament central about 1:00. Saturday morning check-in will be at Magnolia. YOU MUST BE CHECKED IN BY 8:00am or you'll loose ... more

144 players. You mention a second course. Can you tell me, us, anything about that course?

The second course is a temporary course weve used in the past for larger turnout Disc Jams Events. its located inside the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park, in the "80 Acres" area. its quite a bit different type of course as compared to the Magnolia Course, a little more open, but still a Ton of Fun!

Is the wait list by divisions? If a Pro drops out does the # 1 wait (Am division) get in or the first on the wait in that division? Thanks!

If someone drops then the next person on the list is in regarless of divisions.

Well, since we have had an overwhelming response for this event we are going to open a second course to accommodate as many players as possible. What does that mean you ask? If you are on the wait list, you are in the tournament. Registration will go up to 144 players now. I will open the additional spots tomorrow evening at 5:00. If your not on the wait list or you know someone that wants in please let them know that there will be spots available tomorrow. Let me know if you have any questions otherwise, see y'all in January!!

do you think that #5 on the wait list has much of a chance of getting in? thanks, Roger

Patty Young   January 10, 2016 at 6:38pm

As of now there hasn't been much movement on the registration. I imagine that there will be some drops when it gets closer to the event.
