Tyler, you run great tournaments and do a lot to grow the sport. I threw with two guys who never played in a tourney before, and I think they really enjoyed themselves (and won scrip!). Keep up the good work!

Which teepad will be in play on hole 16? the course guide says short right, but layout on pdga says shorts except 16 &18.

yes - short right. Technically, the pin position is no the short. The tee is, though, the shortest short tee that is often called short-right. Hole 16 is playing short right to the left position, hole 18 is playing the "regular" tee to the elevated position. Other than these 2 modifications, the rest of the course is shortest tees to shortest pins

Also, all tee pads used for the event are flagged with a small pink flag. About 2/3 of the course only has 1 pad and the other 1/3 we will be using the shorts

Will we still get points and or ratings for this tournament through PDGA?

As an XC Tier event, you will be able to see your round rating, but it will not count towards your player rating. You will receive points - you can read more at: https://www.pdga.com/td/events-guide under X Tier

Is zone allowed?

If the manufacturer says it's a putter, it is 100% okay. Discraft classifies the zone as a putt and approach disc: it's good!
