Hi Bryan,
I just joined the Southern Maryland DGA, can I get my Tag the day of the Ice Bowl at Turkey Hill? Also I have not played on snow, wondering if people carry shovels or other tools to help clean/find discs/gain traction on hills?

Yes, Tags will be distributed at the end of the Ice Bowl round. Playing on snow is similar to playing in wet conditions. Snow can be a little slippery. No need a shovel. Towels to clean discs is always good to have. There isn't enough snow to lose a disc easily, but I've seen it happen before

PLEASE BRING FOOD FOR THE FOOD BANK AS WELL!
We are collecting food for the Southern Maryland Food Bank as well, but funds goes farther than food because the food bank can spent the money on needed items for those in need.
SO, we will be giving 2 extra mulligans for people who bring more than 5 food items for the food bank.
AND if the temp is below 32 degrees the morning off, EVERYONE will get 2 mulligans for just showing up.
AFTER THAT, mulligans will be $2 per mulligan (cash or check only, all mulligan money goes to the Southern Maryland Food Bank)

Hi Bryan, I was wondering if possible for the tournament may Chris Zelinsky, myself (John Hillan) and Clay Mitchell be on the same card? Thanks for trying to get this setup. Have a good one and thanks for running the tournament!

will do my best, shouldn't be a problem.

Is this a sanctioned round with ratings? If so how do the mulligans affect that?

Does an XC tier event still have the same rule where anyone that cashes in mpo can no longer play as an am?

Yes it is still a PDGA tournament. If you elect to take cash you must reclassify as a professional.

There are some members that play pro and decline cash if that happens the cash will go to the next player in line.
