About this tournament
Red Tees to Yellow Basket layout.
Layout is subject to change depending on conditions.
"No Wimps, No Whiners"
Trophy only all AM divisions. Cash for Pro divisions.
This event is raising money for the Southern Maryland Food Bank and as a charity fundraising event will not have the traditional payouts.
Mulligans are available for sale for $2 per mulligan on demand for both Am and Pro divisions. CASH ONLY
Tee Off Songs will be available for purchase for $2 and will take place at hole 2.
Razz Songs (mess with your friends) can be purchased for $5.
There is a dollar amount where the TD will play a song on loop until the amount is matched by the rest of the players in the event.
There is also a dollar amount where the TD will attempt karaoke.
All music and mulligan related purchases will go to the food bank as donations.
All AM players receive player pack: an SOMD beanie, mini marker, and dry bag for all AMs
Optional $2 Ace Pot
SOMD 2024 Tags will be distributed after the round based on score for those that are also club members. (hopefully) Must be a member by the time of close of registration to be in the running for the #1 tag. All SOMD members AFTER the close of registration will be given the next available number, after tag distribution from the event.
TD and staff reserve the right to make changes to format and layout due to weather conditions.
Current planned Layout: Red Tees to Yellow Baskets
Check in starts at 9am and tee off is at 10am.
Online registration closes January 19 at 8:00pm EST.
Day of registration will be accepted at check in table if spots are available on a first come first served basis.
Day of registration will be required to still use Disc Golf Scene to register. We will provide you the password to register at the check-in table on site.
PLEASE BRING FOOD FOR THE FOOD BANK AS WELL!
We are collecting food for the Southern Maryland Food Bank as well, but funds goes farther than food because the food bank can spent the money on needed items for those in need.
SO, we will be giving 2 extra mulligans for people who bring more than 5 food items for the food bank.
AND if the temp is below 32 degrees the morning off, EVERYONE will get 2 mulligans for just showing up.
AFTER THAT, mulligans will be $2 per mulligan (cash or check only, all mulligan money goes to the Southern Maryland Food Bank)
