Was there to play with some friends and multiple people lied to us about the course being closed for a tournament. The city permit specificly says that the permit reserves only the pavilion, and that "city parks are public property and may be occupied by other patrons during the park reservations". I'm not saying you should check your prize packages or scores or you paid money to play in this tournament, but if they lied about one thing...

Players should arrive appr. 30 min. before tee time for check in. We will have practice baskets and areas to warm up in all set up and ready to go by 9:00 am. Once the first card tees off the course is closed, and you will not be able to practice or play a couple holes to get ready. With this type of format, we want to ensure that every card is given the full extent of having an open course for them to take their time and enjoy their day.
