Can players switch discs (same type) with another player before play begins?

not at the moment due mostly to the fairness of trading vs not trading. I'll be getting the discs in this week so ill be able to see how the packs are put together to make it as close to fair as possible. i may have some wrinkles closer to the day. stay tuned!
