    Check in for ALL players. This is a requirement.

    9:00am - 12:00pm

    Round 1. These times will be quite different for some divisions, as we have some players on all 3 courses.

    12:00pm - 1:00pm

    1 hour lunch. We will aim to get Round 2 started 1 hour after round 1. Because some divisions are switching courses, some players may have longer lunch breaks, in order to accommodate all players. We will inform everyone at TC regarding starting time for Round 2. Kevin O'Connor and Paige Hurtado will be assisting with scoring and Round 2 start times, they will be available at TC for questions.

    1:00pm - 4:00pm

    Round 2 begins.

    11:30pm - 1:00pm

    Trophies will be awarded. Some divisions will be finishing earlier than others, so we will be handing out and delivering final trophies gradually as players finish. We are doing paper scorecards, so bare with us, we will need to manually count scores before we can process results.

About this tournament

This will be our first event in 2025! This event will be the first event in our 4 event series hosted by Wild Rose Athletics! It will be a 3 round, 2 day B tier, in which most divisions will be playing 2 different courses.

Points in this series are based on your top 3 of 4 events played. Points are assigned based on your placement in your division, and division size. Points decrease exponentially from 1st down to last, with first generating 100, and last receiving a minimum of 10. End of season payouts will go to the top 15% of performers. Division payouts are based on just the series fees from players within that division (for ex: if 10 players play MA2 at each event, $5 per player will be received, and the final pool will be $200 to pay out the top 15% of finishers. And yes, we are talking a cash payout for all divisions.) I will drop the "sample" standings in the comments, in which I selected 4 of last year's largest events. I broke down how the scoring and points will be based on those performances. This will be posted this evening.

We will also be hosting events at at Blue Lake, the new St. Helens Golf course, and a finale that we need to finalize (need permission from the close before announcing).

Course Assignments!! M(s) is meadow shorts. Otherwise, all 3 courses are in play!

We will players packs including custom designed umbrellas for all amateur players, as well as a Wild Rose hat or 2 pairs of socks. Players will generate points for each event in our series based on placement in each tournament. We will share more information on our tournament series, as well as point values, scoring, payouts, etc...
