For those inquiring. Hole 13-16 of Sumter Rec plays around "practice fields" that will not have players on them. Only on Hole 17 does an "active" baseball field come into play, but it is protected by guardian trees.

Good afternoon!
I read below that “standard” tee pads will apply but i am from out of town and unfamiliar with that meaning. Any chance i could get a more specific answer for people playing MA2?
Also i was planning on making a day trip this weekend to play the courses and wanted to know if the pins are all in the tournament locations. Thanks for all y’all are doing! Really excited to make the trip for this.

Absolutley . All the pins are in the tournament location. The only thing that is different is everyone will be playing the LONGS at Brickyard. Sumter and Central, no change (everyone tee off then"standard tee pad". I will be sending an email shortly with some guidance.

All families are welcome to the after party activities( free of charge) : glass blowing, wing party. However, I would like to keep the glow round for registrants only.

Chris, I am unfortunately going to have to withdraw from the event. I understand I will only get half of my entry fee refunded. Does this mean I will still receive my players pack?

Alex, I am sorry to hear that . Yes, half of the entry fee can be refunded, but if you wish to exchange your entry fee for a players pack, I can do that . Will you have someone able to pick it up. If I have to ship, I will have to charge a shipping fee. Let me know what you wish to do.

I see mention of cart for rent when playing Brickyard. Is this on a golf course and is getting a cart for the practice round recommended? I’ll be coming in Friday afternoon and need to know if 5pm arrival time gives me enough time to do a practice round here.

Absolutely Chris. I would highly recommend a cart on Friday. Makes the experience amazing. With the darkness coming around 8:30 ish you should have no problem getting a round in.

I live in Atlanta and rather just find a place to sleep Saturday night. Are there any campsites nearby that have showers? Or would hotel or air bnb be better?

Hey Shaun. Thanks for reaching out. Tent sites are all booked at Brickyard but there are plenty of RV sites available. Local hotels are historic Windsor a Radison hotel, hampton inn, days inn and econolodge. Look forward to see you for an awesome weekend !!

There are no restrictions via the PDGA. So follow the local rules and regulations. As it stands now, no issue with spectators.

Let me clarify... the standard tee pads will be played for Central and Sumter, as there are no alternative pads set up. The only difference is Brickyard, where everyone will be playing the LONGS.
