Just got back from marking the course. Details about tomorrow will be out at 8p tonight. I sent an email from [email redacted]. It may have been sent to the spam folder, since its a new account and I sent out an email to everyone at once. I will send out another email containing The R'Ice Bowl V day of info. Registration opens at 7a - 8:45a, & 9a Players' Meeting.

Here is an updated version of the scorecard after playing the practice round. Some holes weren't in, so I had to stick with what the original distance said.

The R’Ice Bowl V Date: Tomorrow: Feb 20th, 2022 Address: Prince William Golf Course 14631 Vint Hill Rd, Nokesville, VA 20181 Weather: The wind chill is a factor out there on the Golf Course. Please dress Warmly Hourly Weather - Nokesville, VA Parking instructions: There is a parking lot with plenty of spots. Check in: 7a-8:45a Players packs: Every player gets a Ghost, Clozer or Clutch. Upgrades are available for $10 oh, and some people have already paid for that. Mulligans are for sale for $5 a piece and you can use 2 per round for a total of 4 Mulligans per team Raffle Tickets: Yes, we have a Fundraising Raffle. Yes we have many great Drool worthy prizes, bring money. Course: 2 Courses Red and Gold It is very important that you pay attention to which course you are starting on, there are signs on the course indicating which path goes to the corresponding course. Score keeping: Paper card(Hopefully as back up), live scoring if possible Special rules of play: All asphalt pads are considered out of bounds and across unless the Fairway on crosses An asphalt path. It's then treated like a river where The disc is completely surrounded by asphalt it is OB. All sand traps and putting greens are out of bounds. All bodies of water are out of bounds, as well as the bank up to the rough cut on The Fairway Covid protocol: We are adhering to local procedure. Please wear masks as much as possible. You don't have to do for Dr. Fauci, I have thoroughly enjoyed not having to look at most of your faces. Also it's foreseeable that you will be riding maskless with your partner in your cart and that's the choice that you guys will come to. I would ask however that the teams keep at least 6 ft apart from each other, because I really don't want to have to have every individual explain what their preferences are, Caddy book We are working on updating it, but we have distances and a Map of the course. OB rules? Is there lunch being served and what are the options and what are the procedures? What are the instructions with regard to using the golf carts and getting out to your starting holes, I believe that there aren't any Porta-Johns on the course currently. The Clubhouse has bathrooms. Beer is available for sale oh, and there will be someone coming around in a beer cart during the rounds. Cash is best for this, but I believe they take cards.
