What time is player check in?

Tommy Bronson Jr   March 2 at 12:34am

It's a flex event so you just check-in before your tee time. I'll send out an email tomorrow with all the details.

Trevor Semones    February 29 at 1:28am

I’ll switch to 9:20 to fill out that card. I’m not sure if I can change it.

You should be able to go under "registered players" click "edit" by your name and change your time.

Tommy Bronson Jr   February 29 at 6:57am

I did it for you sir.

Bruce Robertson    February 27 at 6:09pm

Question when making tee times should you be trying to group with your rating alike? We have 3 ma4 on a tee time at 1140 and 1 967 rated player. So we play on the card together going 2 different layouts/ baskets? Just curious how that works

Donnie Hardin   February 28 at 10:51pm

I think everyone on my card is playing the long layout but me. It's my first tournament so I have no idea how that works.

Tommy Bronson Jr   February 28 at 11:09pm

SInce it's a flex there will be cards that have players playing both layouts so pick a time that works best for you.

Donnie Hardin   February 29 at 4:57am

Thank you for your help sir.

Adam Johnson    February 27 at 6:08pm

Is the course set up to play all layouts right now?

I’m UDisc, the tees for 11 and 16 were off. 11 had a crudely marked tee area with logs and 16 was just up the hill. Are these the tees we will use on Sunday?

Tommy Bronson Jr   February 28 at 11:08pm

There is only 1 tee pad on hole 11 and 16. I don't use Udisc nor will the event so I'm not sure whats on there unfortunately. 11 is a concrete pad with longs behind it to sit. 16 is also a concrete pad on a small hill with rocks going down in front of the pad.

Adam Johnson   February 28 at 11:18pm

Perfect sounds good, thank you

Adam Johnson    February 26 at 9:37pm

If the case of a tie… both parties would need to be present. So the 9am person has to hang out or be prepared to return the course…

Tommy Bronson Jr   February 27 at 3:20am

No sir. Since it's a flex the tie break will be determined like match play via the scorecard. So say you birdie hole 1 and the person tied with you didn't, you win.

Adam Johnson   February 27 at 6:08pm

Excellent, thank you for clarification

Terry H    February 26 at 7:25pm

The junior div uses the long layouts ?!

Trevor Semones    February 19 at 10:02pm

Tommy Bronson Jr   February 23 at 11:12am

Correct the red layout.

Carl ChileS    February 18 at 1:38pm

Will be driving through on my way home from BG and wondering when sone of the ma50 or 55’s will be teeing off ? May I join one of your groups?

Tommy Bronson Jr   February 23 at 11:13am

All there time slots are full but there are slots left that have MA40 guys.

Carl ChileS   February 26 at 7:32pm

what time?

Mike Randolph    February 18 at 1:21am

Will be playing in Frankfort the day before, and driving back up to Indianapolis after, so an afternoon tee-time would be good. Have never played the course, so might get a quick practice round in first... or at least check the holes out. Any other Open players wanna join, say around 1pm?

Tommy Bronson Jr   February 18 at 1:33am

That 1:40 card has two good players on it who really know the course fyi.

Mike Randolph   February 18 at 1:36am

nice... thanks for the heads up Tommy.

Mike Randolph   February 18 at 1:38am

Old Guy Card!

Tim Barr    February 17 at 8:58pm

Sorry for the unrelated question. A friend of mine will be in the Louisville area this April. He was wondering if there were any weekly leagues or doubles.

Any other course recommendations?

Tommy Bronson Jr   February 23 at 11:15am

Arrowhead is a private course that is very unique. Ryan's in Shelbyville is a big Arm course on some beautiful land. Iroquois on Wednesday has our best league. Lapping over in Indiana has 3 different layouts with Gold being the hardest course in the area.

Tim Barr   February 23 at 6:14pm

Again, thanks a bunch!! My boy will enjoy them!!
