Please pull me from event. Unexpected family emergency is causing me to miss. Please only refund me the player cost. I sponsored a hole and do not need to be refunded for that.

You have to do it through the email. The one that was sent to you when you registered has a link for you too get your refund and the options for you just to have the player portion refunded
