There will be a brief player meeting tomorrow going over much of the same things, but I wanted to get this to everyone in advance so you can have it available tomorrow if needed, if you're running late, need to get to B9 of Sioux..... etc. :)

Please stop by, grab your player pack (AMs), and check-in with Jeff Willems at Sioux or myself, Alex Neupert, at La Vista (there will be some picnic tables near the parking lot) before you set out for your starting hole. THIS IS REQUIRED, as we have a waitlist of players who want to play. Check-in can be done between 7:30-8:30. This is where you will pick-up your player pack. If you are an MA1 player, you will need to pick up your player pack in-between rounds from Tournament Central at Sioux.

If you are not able to check in physically, please text us (# at the end) before the end time as well. If a player fails to check in either in-person or via text, they will be withdrawn from the event with no refunds and a player from the waitlist will take their spot. No exceptions. For those of you on the Waitlist, it is UP TO YOU to be at your pool's starting course to take a spot if someone no-shows or drops. There are NO guarantees you will get to play.

***NOTE*** At Lavista, Pool A plays BLUE pads and Pool B plays WHITE pads.
Starting hole assignments have been posted to the PDGA event page. This event will utilize live scoring. Please have a back-up on the card with via UDisc. The current "main" layout for Lavista will be correct for both White pads and Blue pads. Sioux is likewise all current except for distance on hole 16. Go here for live scoring and the access code is: [check your email or ask one of TDs]

Round 1 will begin at 9:00am sharp, with a brief player meeting after check-in is complete.

Round 2 will begin 1 hour and 15 minutes after the last round 1 card has been submitted, currently projected for around 2:00pm.

The BP Gas Station at 1918 W Delmar Ave, Godfrey, IL 62035 has sponsored a few holes and loves making a variety of hot food for disc golfers going to play La Vista. Please stop by there in-between rounds and grab some good eats to power you through round 2! Thank Sammy and the BP crew!


Tournament winners will be announced and vouchers distributed at the conclusion of round 2 BACK AT SIOUX PASSAGE. PROs will be paid out to the email they registered with by Tuesday at the latest. LET US KNOW ASAP if this needs to be changed, as we are not responsible for winnings going to the wrong email. We will have club inventory on-site for redemption, but we will also have it available at other tournaments throughout 2022 (schedule posted in "featured" section of St. Louis Disc Golf Club FB Group. Raffle tickets for a Discmania Practice basket (and a bunch of other awesome prizes) will be available for purchase throughout the day and winners will be drawn after round 2. You do not need to be present to win.

There are divisional CTPs. These will be announced during check-in and posted on DGS.

At the time of this email, the tournament ace pool is $162. If no ace is hit, this money will be a "No-Ace CTP" on Sioux hole 13 (You get nothing for the CTP if an ace is hit).

The St. Louis Disc Golf Club Traveling Ace Pool is at $676!!! (Pays out $507) If no ace is hit, this money will roll over into the next club event! If you are not a club member, consider supporting the St. Louis Disc Golf Club for 2022! You can purchase a membership for $30 when you check-in and receive a tag and a cool koozie. We have so many awesome plans in store for the courses under our jurisdiction and support many initiatives to get courses installed by other organizations! Your support truly goes a LONG way!

If you bought into the 50/50 St. Louis Open Fundraiser CTP, the total is $120! If you win the CTP on Lavista Hole 2, you win $60. The remainder is going directly towards our fund to make the 2022 St. Louis Open as awesome as it can be!

All courses for Killer Bs are set except for 17C and potentially 1B at Endicott (pending new locks) We will post official layouts tomorrow. Thank you to CoachesDiscGolf , especially Ethan Livaudais and Paul Schneider helping with layouts and OB line painting at Sioux!
