Welcome to The Open at Johnson Farm
Greetings, disc golfers! We are thrilled to invite you to the inaugural Open at Johnson Farm, the newest addition to the SODGA tournament circuit. Nestled in the heart of the rolling hills of the Ohio River Valley, this private course winds through scenic farmland and showcases the natural beauty that defines our region.
Prepare yourself for a well-balanced layout featuring a blend of wide-open bomber holes where you can really let it rip, and technical wooded fairways that will demand accuracy and finesse. This picturesque setting is proud to serve as a stop on the prestigious Ohio River Valley Point Series.
As this is the first official tournament at Johnson Farm, we hope to make it an annual tradition—so long as our generous host Rob will keep the gates open!
Tournament Schedule
8:30 AM – First round tee-off
~12:00 PM – Lunch break
After Lunch – Round 2
Awards Ceremony – Following completion of Round 2
Tournament Central will be housed in the Barn, where rustic charm meets competitive spirit. Each Am player will receive a custom Point Series-stamped disc of their choice in their player’s pack—along with a few extra surprises.
If the event doesn’t fill, we will gladly accept day-of registrations. Please note that online registration will close on July 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM to ensure we have ample time to finalize preparations.
Important Notes:
This is a private course—please be respectful of the land and the privilege.
Practice rounds must be scheduled in advance. Contact Zach Harr, Christian Riley, or Bob Johnson to set up a tee time.
Opening day for the course is Sunday June 1st. Will have a PDGA rated round there at 2pm if you would like to play.

We encourage carpooling whenever possible to help with parking and preserve the grounds.
