The 2020 Morgantown Mountain Goat Club Championship will be on October 24. Entry is $25 for this event and includes 2021 membership, custom stamped disc, and bag tag. Maximum attendance is 25 players.
YOU MUST BE A CLUB MEMBER TO REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT!!! Please comment on this event page to be registered by a TD. Short-term memberships (between now and then) are available for $5 and include a makeshift 2020 bag tag. This is in addition to the $25 entry for the event. This qualifies you for the event and after party (food and drinks provided by the Club).
The event will consist of two rounds of disc golf at Dorsey's Knob DGC. There will be two divisions that will be sorted the day of the event.
Round 1 will be all longs for both divisions and will conclude the 2020 Season. The final 2020 bag tag exchange will occur before Round 2. These are yours to keep. Makeshift tags cannot be exchanged.
Round 2 will be all shorts. Final awards and prizes (trophies, etc.) will be awarded based on cumulative R1 and R2 standings for both divisions. 2021 bag tags will be distributed based on cumulative score regardless of division. AWARDS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AT THE AFTER PARTY. If you cannot attend the after party, they will be available at the next league event that you attend.
The after party location is the same location as the past two years (in Morgantown). For new attendees, detailed directions will be provided during the event. Food (from Mario's Fishbowl) and drinks are provided by the Club, but feel free to bring a dish if you would like!
