Hey Darrell, nice catch! There are three holes that have different pars between rounds: Hole 3, hole 4, and hole 7. Hole 4 and 7 are pretty self explanatory. However, hole 3 is a par 4 in the short position and a par 3 in the long. It came down to even though the hole was longer, it was an easier hole in the long than the short. Other than that, the extra distance in round 2 comes from longer positions that just didn't justify changing par for the hole.

Everyone will play the same layouts. Round one will be the normal shorter layout everyone is used to playing. The second round will be a modified layout where some of the holes play to longer baskets. If you open UDisc, there are two layouts setup. One says round 1 and the other round 2. That will let you know the setups.
