Tournament Format:
3 Day Event - Friday, June 18, Saturday, June 19, and Sunday, June 20.
Players will play one round per day with assigned tee times.
Round 1 tee times will be posted no later than June 12th at 7 pm CST.
You MUST play the first round of the event to play in subsequent rounds of the event.

Refund policy
Event Refund Policy
Early Hole Sponsorships (used for early registration) are non-refundable.
Players MUST email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.
Withdrawals should be sent to [email redacted] or 205-529-9429.
Any Player who officially requests to withdraw from the event before 5/19/21 will receive a 100% cash refund (minus any DG Scene fees.)
Amateur Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between 5/19/21 and 6/17/21 will receive a 100% cash refund (minus any DG Scene fees) ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the player will receive just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (any shipping fees incurred, must be prepaid by the player before shipping.)
Pro Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between 5/19/21 and 6/3/21 will receive a 100% cash refund.
Pro Players who officially request to withdraw from the event after 6/3/21 but before 6/17/21 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $20 fee unless the player's spot is filled from the waitlist.
No refunds will be given after 6/17/21 for Pro or Amateur Players.
Players WHO DO NOT OFFICIALLY REQUEST TO WITHDRAW from a registered spot playing in the event prior to 6/18/21 and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
