PDGA A-tier event. You do not have to be a current PDGA member to register but you will need to be current by 4/13/23 or you will be removed from the registered list.

PDGA dress code guidelines for Elite Series dress code will be enforced.

All Players will play one round per day with an assigned tee time, for a total of 3 rounds.

Player pack will not be revealed ahead of time but is a minimum of $200 retail value and all players are entered into the $500 Ace Pot.

DUE TO THE NEED FOR PLAYER PACK ITEMS TO BE ORDERED IN PLENTY OF TIME FOR DELIVERY, PLAYERS REGISTERING BETWEEN 3/19/23 AND 4/12/23 MAY RECEIVE A VOUCHER FOR THEIR PLAYER PACK THAT WILL MEET THE PDGA REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EVENT. THE VOUCHER MUST BE USED AT DYNAMIC DISCS IRON CITY LOCATIONS NO LATER THAN 4/16/23 AT 6PM

Jan 22, 2023 - 8 pm CST - Registration open for Early Hole Sponsors ($35 per hole). A limited number of spots are available.

Jan 29, 2023 - 8 pm CST - General registration opens.

March 14, 2023 - 8pm - Divisions locked (divisions must have 3 players or players will be asked to move), trophies ordered based on participation.

April 7, 2023 - 10 pm CST - Registration closes.

April 13, 2023 - Waitlisted players receive refunds.

Early Hole Sponsorships (used for early registration) are non-refundable. If Early Hole Sponsors drop from the event, they will be refunded by the policy below minus the Hole Sponsorship amount.

Players MUST email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official. Entering refund requests in the Disc Golf Scene Comments section is not sufficient for withdrawal.

Any Player who officially requests to withdraw from the event before 3/14/23 will receive a 100% cash refund (minus any DG Scene fees.)

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between 3/15/23 and 4/13/23 will receive a 100% cash refund (minus any DG Scene fees) ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the player will receive just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (any shipping fees incurred, must be prepaid by the player before shipping.)


No refunds will be given after 4/13/23 other than Waitlisted Players. All Waitlisted Players will be refunded on 4/13/23.

Players WHO DO NOT OFFICIALLY REQUEST TO WITHDRAW from a registered spot playing in the event prior to 4/13/22 and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
