About this tournament

WELCOME to The Inaugural Mark Kratzer Memorial Open!!
With this new event we plan to have a ton of fun. This event will be a SHOTGUN START event. After the completion of round 2 we ask ALL playing competitors (whether you cashed or not) to make your way the short distance to Quonset Hut where the goal is to have a parking lot party to honor the late Mark Kratzer & Quonset Hut for everything they have done for the NEO disc golf community over the years.
AM payouts will be handled by Quonset Hut in the form of store gift cards that can be spent on anything the store has to offer!
PRO payouts WILL BE PAID OUT IN CASH.
$5 optional ace fund.
(In the event NO ace is hit HALF of the ace fund will be thrown off for day of event @ Quonset Hut. The other half will be donated to an organization/non profit)
TWO (2) rounds of 21 holes.
Layout will be Short tees to Short baskets with the following exceptions. 6 Short tee, 8 long tee to Blue basket, & 21 playing to Blue basket. (All subject to change)
OB sheets will be emailed to all participants & it will be up to each competitor to read & know the OB sheet. In event of a playoff the playoff will play a loop of holes 1-5 until the playoff is won.
MUST have at least (3) people to form a division. If there isn't (3) we will ask you to choose another division.
PDGA Live Scoring WILL be the primary source of score keeping.
AM players pack will an event stamped Innova disc & mini. We’re working with Disc Golf Pins for an event pin also!
All payouts will be to the PDGA standards.

Stark County Disc Golf Association is responsible for all refunds/cancelations.
Cancellation 30 Days Prior to Event = 100% Refund minus Paypal/DGscene Fees.
Cancellation >15 Days Prior to Event = 75% Refund minus Paypal/DGScene Fees.
Cancellation <15 Days Prior to Event = 50% Refund minus Paypal/DGScene Fees.
Day Of Event "No Call / No Show" = 0% Refund
