Tournament refund / cancellation policy SPAFDA is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.SPAFDA is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Withdrawals and Refunds will follow the policies outlined in the PDGA Competition Manual, found at https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103. Per PDGA guidelines: 100% REFUND WILL BE OFFERED UP TO 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT less a $10 processing fee. Between 15 and 29 days prior 50% REFUND. Less than 15 days prior and before registration closes 25% REFUND. After registration closes no refund will be provided. Players wishing to get on the waitlist will have to pay the full event entry fee. Players on the waitlist can request a 100% refund at anytime. Any players on the waitlist who do not get into the event will receive a 100% refund the weekend of the event. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
