IMPORTANT UPDATE Due to a miscommunication with our original after party venue, we needed to find a new venue very last minute! (It was no fault of the business, just a technological glitch that neither of us caught.) SO we will be having our after party in the community room at Pizza Ranch of Reedsburg instead with the buffet there providing dinner for the event. This does allow us to step up our event prizing for both competitors and spectators a bit more which is a fun addition. If there's anyone who would prefer to withdraw from the event, we will do a full refund considering this last minute change. This does mean we'll have a little more flexibility with numbers than originally anticipated so if you know of anyone who wanted to come out but didn't make the deadline, we'll be reopening registration.

Now, on to the event info!

Please be sure to bring your new or field tested but good as new disc for the Yankee Swap Disc Exchange wrapped or packaged in some way that makes it not visible to the recipient!

Those who choose to come in their holiday finery or holiday atrocities in the case of ugly sweaters will be eligible to participate in our holiday dress up contest for which there will be a few different prize categories.

We will be using UDisc to score for this event and reporting scores at the end of the round. If no one in your card group is comfortable doing that, we will also have some paper cards available.

We will have a box available at the event for anyone who would like to make some room on their shelves for that new plastic that will be showing up under the tree by donating discs that will be passed on to John Roundhouse of I Fling Plastic to be used in furthering the effort to share disc golf with the world. Most recently he was able to send two boxes of discs to an orphanage in Rwanda. It was great to see photos and videos of the kids throwing for the first time! We love helping to forget the I Fling Plastic Mission to Play Local, Think Global and Throw Today, Think Tomorrow.

The No Round option is for caddies, spectators, and fair weather flingers who will not be playing but still want to be a part of the rest of the fun. Those who are not playing do not need to bring a disc for the disc exchange but they are welcome to do so if they want to take part.
