It will be a ratings based divisions, so if you sign up you'll be placed in the right group for your rating at the time. They may just wait and see how the registrants ratings pan out to determine where the split in ratings is to make the divisions.

The earlier comments were about the drop down menu that wouldn't populate with divisions, so it was impossible to choose. Looks like it has been fixed.

Can't register without a division, no divisions available in drop-down.
Red, Green, and Purple divisions will play warner short
