Welcome to The Deep Ellum Brewing Hideaway Open presented by Innova!
After last year success, The Hideaway DGC decided to bring it to 2023 disc golf season! This is a two day, 1-round per day, tee time PDGA B-tier event. Competitors will play a challenging 18 hole, championship-level course for The Deep Ellum Brewing Hideaway Open presented by Innova, at The Hideaway DGC in Terrell, Texas.

Friday January 27th

Early Check-in/ Player's Pack pick up and Vendor Village:
-All division participants are invited to check out the Vendor Village (new to 2023) and Early Check-in.
3:00pm - 6:00pm
Putting Competition hosted by World Champion Gregg Barsby!

-Bring your friends and family to Player's Party for fun activities like Putting Competition, Closest to the Pin (CTP) throws, and more! Great Door Prizes! Discs - Apparel - Bags!

Round 1 Black Tee (Long tee to short pins)
Round 2 Black Tee (Long tee to long pins)
All other Divisions:
Round 1 Yellow Tee (Short tee to short pins)
Round 2 Yellow Tee (Short tee to long pins)
NOTE: All divisions will play Hole 8 from the Yellow tee for rounds 1 and 2.
Payout :
The Deep Ellum Brewing Hideaway Open presented by Innova event staff would like to thank Tree Love, Tightlines, Plastic House, and The Hideaway for providing payout for the event!
Pro divisions receive %100 payout to the top 40% of the field
Each AM will receive a player pack:
Tournament Stamped Innova Disc – Mini - Chalk Band – Towel – Carabiner - Lemonade Card for Raising Canes
Player pack value of $60!
Top 45% in ALL AM Divisions receive payout! - $40 from every AM entry will go towards AM Payout! - 1st Place in every division receives a Custom Trophy!
Payout will take place immediately following the final round per division.
All AM Payout must be collected at the Vendor Village on January 28th, 2023!

Players Party Friday January 27, start it off from 3PM-6PM with @GreggBarsby putting challenge
There will be Raffle tickets available and some great PRIZES to be won!
The party will have CTP shots, Ring of Fire, raffle, music and Taco Bar!
Taco Bar is $10/person
Ace Pot (optional) $5 - Currently @ $700!
Green Fees $10 included in entry fee
The Hideaway Grille will be open all day for great breakfast and lunch options!
*If no ace is hit, the ace funds will roll into The Hideaway Open B-Tier ace fund.

Located inside The Hideaway Disc Golf Course, but open to the public, stop by and have a burger, chill and enjoy the gorgeous scenery! With flat screens in every room, you'll be able to watch disc golf while you relax. Also, don't forget to check out the BRAND NEW PRO SHOP located inside the Clubhouse for your latest Hideaway DGC discs, apparel, and more!

This course has a resort-worthy expectation, complete with partnership with a phenomenal on site chef and restaurant, that will bring a new light for future courses to come.
Featuring beautifully carved 18-hole course with a fine mix of distant and narrow fairways that will challenge placement as well as the urge to make that game- changing putt.
This is a course that strongly supports both left-handed and right-handed players in a tactically and visually stunning environment.

Flight By Faith Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
If a player wishes to withdraw from the event BEFORE 1/20/2023 they will receive a full refund (minus transaction/processing fees).
If an player wishes to withdraw from the event AFTER 1/20/2023 they will receive a partial refund (cost for player pack and transaction/processing fees accounted for)
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUT AFTER REGISTRATION CLOSES!!!
If there is a "Wait Lister" in your division and the registration spot can be filled, you may request a full refund (minus transaction/processing fees).
