The Circuit vs Trilogy Challenge

Hello all and welcome to our 2nd Ever Circuit vs Trilogy Challenge! We are excited for this event and will be keeping you updated as new, official information comes in from the manufacturers. For those of you unfamiliar with how this event works, you will be given three discs for your player pack and be required to play the round with ONLY those three discs.

Note: Lightweight Packs include Midranges and Drivers in the 160-169g range, and Putters in the 173-174g range

2nd & 3rd - $25 Coupon
Each Trilogy Contestant Will Get a Spin of the Wheel at Check-In to determine if they get a $10 or $20 Off Coupon OR No Coupon. Earlier times will have an advantage (or disadvantage if they take all the $10 Coupons leaving $20 Coupons or Bust for the later times) so please consider the time you will be signing up for.

There will be NO Playoffs for this event except for 1st and 3rd Place within the Trilogy and Circuit Divisions. Playoff Holes are 1 and 21 on repeat. Rules will be determined by the TD at time of Playoffs should there be any.

Hole Sponsors: Hole Sponsorship is $25 per hole and if you'd like to sponsor a hole, please email us at [email redacted]. Each Hole Sponsor will receive a 2x1ft banner that will be showcased on the hole of their choosing.

All refund requests will be charged a $10 admin fee.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund (minus up to a $10 handling fee).

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% cash refund OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
