First thank you for playing in this fundraiser tournament! All proceeds will go towards youth missions and World Vision’s 30 hours famine. Below is the caddy guide. This email will also act as the players meeting for the tournament. Tournament central will be located by the playground close to hole 1.
If you did not get a player’s pack there is no need to check in, (unless you would like to buy some discs) just report to your starting hole by 12:15 pm. If you purchased a players pack it will need to be picked up between 11-12:15.
We will tee off right at 12:30.
Hole assignments will be posted at
https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/64240 by 9pm Friday evening.
We will utilize the pdga online scoring app. At least on player on the card must keep score via the app. You can access the live scoring at
https://www.pdga.com/apps/tournament/score/login The access code is cheap22. There will also be a QR code at tournament central that you can scan to access the scoring. One additional person on the card must keep a back up score card, I suggest that both of you keep score on pdga live scoring. You can keep the backup scorecard on udisc, HOWEVER THE OFFICAL SCORECARD MUST BE KEPT ON PDGA LIVE SOCRING!
We will have several discs for sale at tournament central prior to the tournament. Some of them will be fundraiser discs, some will be from my personal collection. There will be a lot of new discs as well as several used ones. You can pay via paypal, venmo, cashapp or cash if you would like one.
