Roughly 9-10 am round 1 and 1:30 - 2:30 round 2.

I haven’t been there recently, but I’ve heard there is still a little bit of snow. Hopefully it’s melted and fairly dry in a couple weeks.

Front 9 is looking good. Still some patchy snow up top. Suprising not too terribly muddy

What time are second round pro tee times expected to be? 4.5 hours after is 4 o'clock is this roughly start of second round for pros?

Correct. Round 2 is 4.5 hours after round 1 tee times

Pro tee times will be between 11 and 11:30 for round 1.
