Ace Pool is for the entire event! All eligible aces will share an equal portion of the pool. If no aces are hit, pool will be split evenly between 4 winners which will be drawn on FB live on monday, 10/7. Link to the video will be emailed out immediately after drawing

Each Pool will have 5 CTP throughout the event

There will be 10 CTPs at Pebble Creek for each pool. Another Round will add 10% to the value of each CTP

These hoodies run SLIGHTLY big. If you are between sizes, go with the smaller one

Another Round Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

CANCELLATION POLICY PLEASE READ
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event on or before August 28 will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $5 processing fee.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between August 29 and September 13 will receive a 100% monetary refund of the entry fee minus a $5 processing fee ONLY if a player on the waitlist fills the canceled spot at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the Player has the choice of EITHER a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee OR the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between September 14 and the published closure of registration (9/30/24 at 9PM EST) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the player has the choice to provide of EITHER a 25% monetary refund OR the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the shipping cost).

Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event before the published closure of registration, (9/30/24 at 9PM) and DO NOT PLAY (aka a no-show) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.

Players on the waitlist who do not get into the event will receive a refund of their $20 waitlist fee
