About this tournament
2 rounds of play
The Brooktrails Finale is the final tournament in the Norcal Winter Charity Series. Players will enjoy a 1 day, 2 round event at the #2 disc golf course in California. Proceeds go to support fire preparedness in the Brooktrails community.
Players packs will be your choice of 3 items (discs, shirts, etc.) from the Basketbeaters club store.
There may be limited selection on specific runs of discs, shirts etc. so please check in immediately to ensure you get the items you want.
No cash payouts, trophy only event. Trophies will be awarded to top 3 in all divisions with 4 or more players.
Refund policy
Basket Beaters is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
If a player wishes to withdraw and a waitlist exists in their division, they will receive a full refund minus handling fees. If a player requests to withdraw and waitlist does not exist, players may not receive the full reimbursement. The following timeline will determine the refund rate:
Days before event -- maximum refund
15-29 days -- 90% refund
7-14 days -- 75% refund
3-6 days -- 50% refund plus players pack
0-3 days -- 0% refund plus players pack
