The Brewer’s Cup

Join us for the inaugural Brewer’s Cup Beer Festival - an event unlike any other in the state of Kansas!
This event is raising funds for the Kansas Disc Golf Association's Annual Food Drive Series, as well as for the Kansas Craft Brewer Guild.
Date: April 13, 2024
Location: Frontier Park, Old Hwy 40, Hays, KS 67601
Featuring "Brews in the Park," this festival brings together two of Hays's favorite things - craft beer and disc golf. At this event, 12 Kansas Breweries will be competing on the historic Flying Bison Disc Golf Course, marking its 40th anniversary and celebrating its status as the oldest original course in Kansas.
Attendees will walk along and spectate as the Brewer Teams compete for the Cup. Witness the thrill of disc golf competition while sampling Kansas Craft Beer at four beer stations strategically placed throughout the course. Various food vendors will be stationed in Frontier Park East to give you an opportunity to fuel up throughout the afternoon.
But wait - there's more! Limited VIP spots are available for those who can't resist the urge to throw some discs.
Registrants purchasing the VIP Package ($100) will be granted the opportunity to play 18 holes in a competitive singles format while enjoying the beer sampling stations throughout the park. VIP registrants will compete against one another for PDGA-Tournament-style merchandise payout and receive a custom player pack courtesy of the Flyin' Bison Disc Golf Club.
The VIP+ Package ($150) is similar to the VIP Package, except VIP+ players will be carded with the Brewer teams - 2 Brewer teams and one VIP+. Additionally, VIP+ members can expect extra custom items in their player pack. VIP and VIP+ essentially act as 1 division competing for the same payout.
The evening will wrap up with a “meet and greet” with brewers and disc golf pros between 5:30-6:45 PM, as we crown the winners of the Brewer’s Cup!
All attendees can expect up to 2 miles of walking during the event. Parking will be limited - see attached map.
Be sure to arrive between 12-1:30 PM for check-in at Tourney HQ, where you'll receive your ticket holders' package, including a custom wristband, sampling glass, and mini disc "can topper”. VIP/VIP+ registrants will also receive their bonus player pack at check-in. All attendees are encouraged to check in early and explore the beauties of Frontier Park before sampling and disc golf begins at 2pm sharp!

Refund policy
Flying Bison Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations requested before April 9th. The Brewers Cup Beer Festival is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be issued after April 9th.
