Hello Players!

First off - I just want to say thank you for your patience and thank you to everyone for signing up for our event. We are very excited for tomorrow and hope you are too!


Some things to note -

OBs - There is paint on the course from other organizations and we will NOT be using this. Any OB will be any water (disc completely surrounded), over any fence or road/pavement, on any road/pavement, or on the bathrooms. Please play from where the disc crosses into OB with a penalty stroke.

CTPs - If you paid into CTPs for the event, there will be one per division per round. A list will be at check in, please feel free to take a picture of this for your reference during the event.

Player Packs - AM Player Packs are valued at $25.00 (they retail at almost $40.00), Pro Player Packs are provided as well - please remember to pick yours up at check in.

Lunch - Party subs will be provided from Buscemi's along with chips, water, and cupcakes. Lunch is for players only, and caddies that have paid. Please take one piece of sub until all players and paid caddies have taken their lunch before taking seconds. If a caddy did not pay ahead of time and would like the provided lunch, they can pay on site.

Raffle - We will have a bag raffle (donated by Great Lakes Disc) - tickets are 1 for $5 or 5 for $20. We will also have a regular raffle with some cool prizes 1 for $3, 4 for $10, or 10 for $20. Cash, Paypal, and Venmo are accepted.

Ace Pool - if an Ace is not hit during the event, we will have a throw off from Green Hole 1's tee pad to the practice basket. Closest to the pin wins the pot.

Payouts - AM Buy In Breakdown is as follows - Player Pack - $25, PDGA/Park Fees - $5, Payout - $20. Pro Buy In Breakdown - PDGA/Park Fees - $5, Payout - $55. We will have a selection of merchandise on site for AM Payouts, if you do not find anything on site, you will receive an online payout from Great Lakes Disc. Please turn in your "Payout Card" to purchase merchandise on site, or turn it in with your email on it for an online payout. Pro Payouts and Ace Pool will be processed via Paypal unless other arrangements have been made.

Just a reminder that all players are required to keep score for the whole card per the new PDGA rule.

Hey All! Just a little update on the event the Buckhorn Birdies Disc Golf Club will have a small selection of merchandise on site including used discs, new discs, towels, Mitten Bags, Swiss army knives, fanny packs, scrunchies, and minis. These items will be there for purchase or to use an AM payout on! If you do not find anything you like on site then you will receive a payout online from Great Lakes Disc =) So excited to see everyone! I will be sending out an email on Friday to all players with more information on the event.
