Hello and Welcome to the Battle of Central Alberta Part 7

Since the first Battle in 2017, the tournament has intentionally gone from course to course. The first Battle was at Aspen Meadows, and it has traveled all over Central Alberta since then. This year, we are back in Red Deer... this time at a new pop-up course on the Red Deer Polytechnic campus. While this is a pop-up, it is also a test run as the Central Alberta Disc Golf Association is hoping to work with RDP and install a permanent c ... more

Hi all. Quick update. You can see the preliminary map of the course under pictures now. I will have more details descriptions of the holes soon. And maybe some pictures of some holes too after we do some landscaping.

I am actually working on the caddy book tonight. I will have it out soon. 16 comes back the other side of the trees by 15. It is a shorter hole, and a par 4.

And downhill.

Ah! I see the problem - those images are very low res for some reason...and we have has a slight change in the layout. I will get the Caddy Book done soon to help!!

Hey, Robin. I won't be able to make it out for any of the pre-tourney work/play events due to work/distance constraints. Will there be a caddy book that comes out? And a chance to play the course the night before? Your courses always offer challenges and eccentricities that require practice rounds. :-)

Solid. Also... 250 m holes?! LOL, are you trying to wreck my shoulder/elbow? Hopefully there's some downhill in some of that. And if not - par 5s? :-)

It is a Par 5....after tonights play we agree it is a very soft par 5 (wind would change that of course) but as it is all down hill, it is a friendly par 5....haha

Hi, just wanted to confirm this is happening on Sat. Sep. 28 as per the header and not Wed. Aug. 28 as per the "About this tournament" section. I'm assuming that's the case, but just want to be 100% sure!
