I have provided Rolling Hills our proposal for the additional holes. I am hoping to hear back soon, but if I do not I will post images of what we have given them so that you can be aware of what you may see on the event date. Again, we would like to add 3 extra holes and based on their feedback, worst case is that we will need to adjust what we proposed. I am trying to keep you all in the loop as far as what we are doing and not trying to leave you in the dark.

Round ratings are not right and I am working at figuring out what I need to change to get them corrected for you.

Please let me know if there is something that looks off (other than ratings) so I can get it corrected before I submit the TD report to the PDGA.

THANK YOU to everyone who came out to play today. It was a little wet and snowy early on and I hope that you enjoyed the rounds today. Really appreciate you coming out to play our first sanctioned event of 2017.

THANK YOU again to all the staff/players who assisted with setup, take daown, scoring, etc. evetns do not run well if we don't have the additional hands helping.

I will work on getting the scores entered and posted soon. There are a few things that I can already see that need adjstument/improvement. Please send me a message if you have any suggestions. Would love to hear your feedback on how we can improve the experience for the players.

We are looking forward to the event tomorrow...a few items we would like address:

1. Teepads may not be in perfect condition as of right now (10:15am on Friday).....we are going out today to insure they are cleared for play. We will apply salt to insure that conditions are good for tomorrow's event.
2. Online registration closes tonight at 8:00pm.
3. Payment day off, please add $5 (which goes into payments for your division).
4. You can add Ace Pool and 50-50 at time of registration tomorrow morning.
5. There will be a park staff member working the gate. Please be prepared to pay park entry (unless you have the yearly pass already)
6. This is a PDGA C-Tier event. As such. you need to be current with membership or pay the temp fee ($10). If you recently renewed, please bring proof of membership (like email confirmation). PDGA rules are in place as well.
7. Lastly, if you know you are not going to make it tomorrow, please let me know so we can remove you from the event.

Waitlist is currently at 3 people.....small error on our part with one player who was incorrectly placed on the waitlist when they had originally cashless pre-reg. It has been corrected and that player is in the event. For those of you who are in the event, please let us know if for some reason you can not make it so those on the waitlist can fill your spot.

Please keep in mind, as a PDGA C-Tier event, you need to be current with PDGA membership, or pay the temp fee. Payment in advance is appreciated by the event staff as it does help to speed up the check-in process. ACE Pool/50-50 can be paid day-of if you did not get in on those earlier.

Lastly, thank you for showing interest in our event. We are excited to host an event at Rolling Hills and are thankful that they are working with us to offer this opportunity.

As stated before please let us know asap if you are not making it, if you are pre-registered and do not show up, you will not be aloud to cashless pre-reg for any other of our events, thanks and looking forward to a good time throwing some plastic.
