After revisions asked by the park to our original planned extras, I just posted a picture of the 3 that will be used at the event. Pavement will be used to avoid using natural tees, which will no doubt be muddy with the amount of traffic and ground conditions.

I have provided Rolling Hills our proposal for the additional holes. I am hoping to hear back soon, but if I do not I will post images of what we have given them so that you can be aware of what you may see on the event date. Again, we would like to add 3 extra holes and based on their feedback, worst case is that we will need to adjust what we proposed. I am trying to keep you all in the loop as far as what we are doing and not trying to leave you in the dark.

Wait list is growing.....If you know you are not going to be able to attend, please let me know ASAP....We currently have 9 players on the waitlist.....I know things come up, sometimes later than we would like. I hope that you can let me know as soon as you know.

Scores have been posted here and are live on the PDGA website.

Round ratings are not right and I am working at figuring out what I need to change to get them corrected for you.

Please let me know if there is something that looks off (other than ratings) so I can get it corrected before I submit the TD report to the PDGA.

THANK YOU again to all the staff/players who assisted with setup, take daown, scoring, etc. evetns do not run well if we don't have the additional hands helping.

Unfortunately im going to have to unreg. Been fighting the flu/nasty cold all week and it just wont go away. Not feeling up to it. I will be there to help with reg/scores if you need me tho scott, anything in the lodge would be fine.

We are looking forward to the event tomorrow...a few items we would like address:

1. Teepads may not be in perfect condition as of right now (10:15am on Friday).....we are going out today to insure they are cleared for play. We will apply salt to insure that conditions are good for tomorrow's event.
2. Online registration closes tonight at 8:00pm.
3. Payment day off, please add $5 (which goes into payments for your division).
4. You can add Ace Pool and 50-50 at time of registration t ... more

5. There will be a park staff member working the gate. Please be prepared to pay park entry (unless you have the yearly pass already)
6. This is a PDGA C-Tier event. As such. you need to be current with membership or pay the temp fee ($10). If you recently renewed, please bring proof of membership (like email confirmation). PDGA rules are in place as well.
7. Lastly, if you know you are not going to make it tomorrow, please let me know so we can remove you from the event.
