Hi Gabe! If you go into the players tab you will see an option to edit your registration, from there you can take care of everything you need to do.

Construction should be completed well before the tournament. So far as we are aware the course should maintain its layout.

Do I have to pay to switch divisions, even if my rating goes up past the ratings for MA2

Yes, you'll have to pay the difference between your current division and the division you wish to play.

For this tournament you can play any division you are eligible for.
