Tournament refund / cancellation policy OneStar Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. PDGA 1.03 will be strictly followed DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
