Check-in next to the gazebo at west end of the Homestead. Players that bought shirts can pick them up then.
8:45am - 8:55am
Player's meeting next to gazebo going over layouts, OBs, and any other general information about the day.
9:10am - 12:15pm
Duration of 1st Round-estimated times
12:15pm - 1:15pm
Estimated time of one hour lunch after all cards are submitted from the 1st Round.
1:15pm - 4:30pm
Estimated time and duration of the 2nd Round. Real start time for the 2nd Round will be posted with your new starting holes based on score on the PDGA event page. Please be at your holes at that time ready to tee off.
4:45pm - 5:00pm
Awards ceremony and trophy presentation. Almost all payouts will be completed via PayPal. All trophy winners must stay and get a picture with Chief Shikellamy at Hole 19!!

About this tournament
Digital scoring will be the main scoring medium for this event. Pro Day access code is CWPRO.
Check-in will begin around 8 am next to the pavilion on the west side of the property. Car parking will also line the the road on both sides of the road nearby. If carpooling is possible, please try to do so to lessen the congestion for the day.
After a short player’s meeting that will go over all layouts and OBs for the day, I plan to get the 1st Round started by 9:15. Physical scorecards and caddy guides will be available in the scoreport for each card for backup scoring and OB clarification.
The top 40% of each pro field will be paid out in cash. First place in each division will also get to take home the traveling trophy and should stay after to get pictures with Chief Shikellamy, as well as all former past champions.
$5 from every entry fee will be donated directly to the Friends of Conrad Weiser Homestead 501c3 to help them further preserve the Homestead.
Financial Breakdown for Pro Day:
$60 pro entry fee ($50 women)
-$2 per player deducted for PDGA fees
-$3 per player deducted for sanctioning agreement, insurance, supplies, and CTPs
-$5 per player donated directly to the Friends of Conrad Weiser Homestead 501c3
Net entry fee of $50 ($40 women) will be put towards the day's prize fund.
