The 43rd Conrad Weiser Open - Scout (Flex) Day
Staff
About this tournament
The Conrad Weiser Open is back for its 43Rd year! And for the 4th year in a row, we are providing our Friday Scout (Flex) Day for all players that want to play. This is great for players that want to practice for their weekend round or players who can't make the weekend round and want to play the iconic course.
All amateur players that play in the flex start will receive a $15 Just Playing merchandise credit to spend on all kinds of discs and other merchandise. The shop will be set up for 3 days at Conrad Weiser Homestead. Ams will not receive a payout because of fees and the player's pack, but pros will be playing for cash with $15 of their net entry fee going towards payouts for the day.
Tee times will start at 12 noon and the last card will go off at 5 pm. A group of 3 must go out at each tee time for it to be considered a legal card. I ask all participants to arrive at least 20 minutes before their tee time so I have time to move cards around.
Digital scoring will be used at this event and is the preferred scoring medium that will be submitted. The access code for live scoring will be CWFLEX.
An ace pot will be available for the event, but if no ace is hit, the funds will be donated to the Friends of the Conrad Weiser Homestead 501c3.
Financial Breakdown for the event:
All players:
-$2 per player deducted for PDGA fees
-$1 per player deducted for sanctioning agreement
-$2 per player deducted for direct donation to the Homestead
$5 deducted for every player with amateurs receiving a $15 merchandise credit, leaving no money for payouts. Pro players will play for cash with $15 of their entry fee heading to the prize purse.
