Couple updates:
-Registration is cash only. Please do not think you can paypal. $$$$$$$$ Cash money only!

-We will have mulligans for sale, so you might want to think about bringing an extra $10 per team. Buying into mulligan’s gives your team a chance to re-throw two shots however you only get one re-throw per player!

-We are not having an ace pool. We will have prizes if you ace though.

-If you’re down okay with mosquitoes, you will want bug spray. We played it last night and they were brutal after the storm.

-We recommend not bringing dogs.

-I also want to clarify for new players that this is a mob round. This means you will be playing with a group of about 14 people on one tee. We are asking that people use discretion about keeping 6ft apart but the course is tight. If this makes you uncomfortable, this might not be a good tournament for you to play. We encourage all players to bring a mask for registration and feel free to wear it during the round. We will have a few boxes of masks for people upon request.

-PLEASE CAR POOL! Bandy has limited parking. If you aren’t familiar with the course, you want to head to the entrance off Barton Dr exit. If you are familiar and have the ability, please think about parking off the Main st. entrance and walking to TD central.

Tournament Announcement

We are going to be restructuring the event, in regards to the distribution of funds raised, due to a recent tragedy within our local disc golf community

Our planned format was:

40% Caden Gentry
40% Disc Golf For A Cause
20% Sandra Richardson Course Fund

Our new format is:

40% Aren Payne & Family

For all of you who dont know Aren Payne, he is an active member of our local disc golf community. He plays leagues, tournaments (defending AM Champion of this event!), and is currently sponsored by Wolf Pack Discs. Aren always brings a smile with him on the course and his positive attitude/humor is contagious. We are honored to provide some support to him and his family during this difficult time as they deal with the devastating loss of a young child.

Very happy to announce that this event will be happening as scheduled on June 13th! We will be taking proper safety precautions to comply with the new directives. Players are encouraged to wear masks during registration and we will have the sidewalk to the pavilion marked for social distancing. We ask that everyone try their best to carpool (same household or people you have been exposed to) so we can limit the amount of vehicles in the parking lot. Please let us know if you can no longer attend the event so we can prepare player packs accordingly. If new teams would like to register, we will place you on a waitlist until a spot opens up. This will help us control the number of attendees more effectively. Thank you all for your patience, we look forward to having an awesome time together!

After much deliberation and with great sadness we have decide to postpone the Cassandra Gentry Memorial this year. This event means the world to us and is meant to be a great time for friends (new and old) to get together and celebrate life, friendship, and love of the sport. With all that is going on, we currently don’t feel that the event can be all that we want and hope it can be! With having those that are unable to attend due to health concerns and the inability to share the great group atmosphere with people before and after the event, it simply doesnt feel right. Also, thinking about the immense sadness and guilt we would feel if anyone got sick in the days after the event makes a reschedule an easy call. Our new date will be Saturday, June 13th. There will still be a raffle with over $4000 in prizes! There will still be custom shirts and other fun things in the players pack! and we hope there will still be all of you!!! We will be using this time to see what other awesome things we can add to the raffle. Thank you for your understanding, ❤️ you all! Dont forget to mark your calendars! The new date is Saturday, June 13th!

***Covid-19 update***

We are still planning on hosting this event on 3/21!!!!!! We will be implementing safety measures to ensure the health and wellness of all attendees. We will have latex gloves and hand sanitizer on site during check in/awards. We will no longer be serving food so please bring lunch/snacks if you like. If you will be drinking/smoking please consider restricting yourself to solo use and avoid sharing. We ask that if you are elderly or have a medical condition that places you at high risk, please consider staying home. We will allow people to purchase raffle tickets even if they will not be in attendance. If anything changes over the coming days (drastic quarantines by the government and whatnot) we will let everyone know if we need to postpone the event. Following this post will be some information provided by the CDC for you to read and make your own decisions about attending. Thank you, and please feel free to ask any questions
