The 2nd Annual Mark Hezlep Memorial is an unsanctioned singles event. Two rounds of 24 holes at George Wilson DGC in Mishawaka, IN.

PLAYERS PACK FOR EVERY REGISTERED PLAYER
Players pack will included one tournament Shirt cut off date is August 19th, 2023, register by then to guarantee your shirt size.

PAYOUTS
Pro Divisions - Cash payout. Trophy for top 3 finishers.
Amateur Divisions - Merchandise payout day of onsite by Fly High Disc Supply. Trophies for Top 3 finishers in each division.

Raffle and side games after the conclusion of the event.
No cap on divisions, first come and first served.
Players are expected to be on their assigned tee for the start of the second round 60 minutes after the completion of the first round.
No cashless registration. No walk-ups. Pre registration only
Refund policy:
Niccolas Elliott is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Players who officially request to withdraw prior to August 31st, 2023 will receive a partial refund refund and their players pack shirt minus a $5 handling fee.
Players who officially request to withdraw between September 1st and September 8th, 2023 will receive a partial refund refund and their players pack shirt minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if there spot can be filled from the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled through the waitlist the player will receive a 50% cash refund.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between September 9th and September 15th, 2023 will receive a partial refund refund and their players pack shirt minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% cash refund.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from playing in the event, do not show up for the event, or try to withdraw after September 15th, 2023 forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player pack. Rounds and divisions are set using the registration list as of this date, so there are no exceptions to this rule. If you have questions please contact the tournament director.
